This year’s AGM saw Vice President (President Elect), Dr Nathan Vujcich take over as President of the Association.
Dr Vujcich graduated with undergraduate degrees in both medicine and dentistry with Honours at the University of Western Australia. The majority of his advanced surgical training was received in Western Australia, with time also spent at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne. Additional fellowship training was performed at Royal Melbourne Hospital. Dr Vujcich is currently a Consultant at Royal Perth and Perth Children’s Hospitals.
He has spent time in units including Croatia and Switzerland. Dr Vujcich is a member of the Western Australian Regional Surgical Committee and examines for the special stream (OMS) of the RACDS. He maintains private surgical practice in addition to his public service.
Dr Vujcich and ANZAOMS sincerely thank our outgoing President, Dr Jasvir Singh, for his outstanding leadership and commitment to his role as President 2023-2025.
