OMFS Practice Office Available – Melbourne CBD
Melbourne Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery has a state of the art CBD clinic which we would like to share or pass on to a new Group of OMS surgeons.
The Rooms (450 sqm) comprise a spacious waiting room, 4-5 large consultation rooms, a central reception, booking complex, alongside a secretarial area, and four operatories each with x-ray facilities. There is a separate imaging room containing a CBCT and OPG machine and a CSD. A library with AV is also included.
The clinic is leased until September 2028 with options beyond and will be unsuitable for a single surgeon given two associates are nearing retirement.
All the necessary equipment (instruments, implant equipment, intraoral scanners) can be part of the discussion which, together with the fitout, would otherwise be costly to replace.
Flexibility of fixed costs arranged would be negotiated depending on the aspirations of any party.
